Licensing - Where are we
now?
It
is the intention to license the Private Investigation sector, of which
process serving forms a part. The development of licensing is in its early
stages, and the SIA are still considering the options. We are in strong
favour of licensing of our sector, and are working hard to ensure that when the
criteria is set, we will have everything in place to obtain our license
